Welcome To Your New Era
Designed for women who want structured, sustainable strength training that fits real life — not another extreme program that burns you out.
Trusted by women navigating training through every life stage & hormone phase
“The mind and body aren't separate projects. Real strength comes from supporting both.”
Our Philosophy
We believe the mind and body are deeply connected.
When women understand how their bodies work — from hormones and sleep cycles to stress and brain health — they can train smarter, recover better, and build strength in a sustainable way.
At KIKO Mind & Body we focus on:
• Strength training for long-term health
• Understanding female hormones and physiology
• Supporting brain health through movement
• Building habits that support sleep, recovery, and resilience
Rather than quick fixes, we focus on education and empowerment, helping women build a healthier relationship with exercise and their bodies.
Services We Provide
Our experienced team provides a range of tailored services designed to support both your physical and mental wellbeing, while ensuring you receive a positive and effective training experience.

Personal Training
One-on-one and small group training designed around your schedule, your body, and your goals. Whether you're new to strength training or getting back into it, every program is built to help you get stronger without the guesswork.

Nutrition Planning
Simple, sustainable nutrition guidance that works with your life, not against it. No extreme restriction, no fad diets — just practical eating strategies that support your training and your energy day to day.

Wellbeing Support
Holistic wellbeing support that goes beyond training — covering nutrition, hormone health, gut-brain connection, stress, and lifestyle. This service is designed to help you feel supported in every part of your health journey, not just in the gym.

KIKO Mind & Body was created by Kikki O'Brien, a personal trainer and health consultant who believed there was a missing link in the health and fitness industry.
Too often, women are encouraged to focus only on physical fitness, while mental wellbeing is treated as something separate. In reality, the mind and body are deeply connected — and true health comes from supporting both.
As a neurodivergent woman living with ADHD and Functional Neurological Disorder (FND), and a busy mum of two, Kikki understands firsthand how challenging it can be to prioritise health while navigating the demands of everyday life. Her personal journey led her to explore neuroscience, mental health, and personal training to better understand how movement can support both the brain and the body.
Through her own experiences — and working alongside professionals — she discovered how powerful science-based strength training can be in supporting women's hormones, brain health, and long-term wellbeing.
Motivated to share this knowledge with others, Kikki created KIKO Mind & Body as a supportive space where women can reconnect with their strength, build resilience, and develop healthier relationships with movement.
Today, KIKO supports women of all ages — from teenagers to busy mums and mature-aged women — helping them strengthen both mind and body through accessible, empowering training.
